Meet the Kokopelli Surf Camp Team

Brandon Todd

Born surfing and raised by sharks, Kokopelli Surf Camp is the brain child of Brandon.  His aspiration for the sport of surfing drove him to want to teach, ensuring that others participation in it will do the same it did for him. Surfing lead to a healthy lifestyle of bonding with friends, staying active, and connecting with nature for him. He has traveled the world searching for that perfect wave, competing in pro contests, and always making new friends along the way.  He has spent years surfing a handful of countries in Central America, hopped islands in the Caribbean, surfed the rocky coast of Africa, traveled to exotic Thailand coastlines, just to name a few of the places he has been. If you want to know what surfing is really about, this is the guy you want to talk to.

Wyatt Todd

Wyatt started surfing at the age five and competing in contests by the age 12. It was not long before he was flying across the nation to California for National Surfing Championships. He placed 7th in the nation and 3rd on the East Coast  in 2009 for Men’s Longboard. From 2010 to 2014, he attended College of Charleston and graduated cum laude with a BA in Fine Art. College did not allow much time for surf contest but in 2014 after graduating, he celebrated by taking 1st in Men’s Longboard in the East Coast Surfing Championships. In the business, he plays all the roles from executive manager, web developer, to tour guide, and many in between. Surfing is his roots, has lead him on many adventures, gave him strength in times of adversity, and helped him live a successful and healthy life.

Palmer Todd

Palmer is the oldest of the Todd brothers and is not that much of a surfer, but a great artist. He does most of the business’s graphic designs. You will also catch him dropping off your rental equipment making surfing, (SUP) paddle boarding, and kayaking convenient and accessible to all of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach.
